What are your biggest strengths that you are bringing to the transportation and supply chain industries in Canada?
I bring a strong analytical and organizational mindset supported by a solid academic background in finance and current studies in supply chain management. My ability to understand data, manage processes, and support decision-making allows me to contribute to efficient logistics and cost-effective operations. I am also a strong communicator and team player, with experience gained through internships in finance and management. I approach challenges with adaptability, attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset, which I believe are essential strengths in Canada’s dynamic transportation and supply chain industries.
 
What do you hope to gain from your participation in the Mentorship Program?
Through the Mentorship Program, I hope to gain practical industry insights, professional guidance, and a deeper understanding of real-world transportation and supply chain operations in Canada. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals, strengthen my industry knowledge, and develop skills that cannot be fully acquired in the classroom. I also value the opportunity to build meaningful professional relationships, receive career guidance, and better align my academic learning with industry expectations.
 
What is your dream role? 
My dream role is to work as a Supply Chain Analyst or Logistics Coordinator, where I can combine financial analysis with supply chain planning to improve efficiency, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making. In the long term, I aspire to grow into a leadership role within supply chain or transportation management, contributing to innovative, sustainable, and resilient supply chain solutions.
 
Are you open to exploring new career opportunities? 
Yes, I am absolutely open to exploring new career opportunities. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to learn, grow, and contribute to the transportation and supply chain sector in Canada. I value exposure to different areas within the industry and am eager to adapt, develop new skills, and take on challenges that support both professional growth and industry innovation.

Through my participation in the PMTC Mentorship Program, I aim to acquire critical skills in data analysis and negotiation, while expanding my professional network.

What is your dream role?
My dream role would be in a junior role as a buyer, procurement specialist, or project manager.

What are your biggest strengths that you are bringing to the transportation
and supply chain industries in Canada?
I am reliable, hardworking and loyal and will bring consistency and an interest in learning to the roles I am involved in. The skills and knowledge I am gaining in Mohawk College’s supply chain management program will serve as foundational learning specific to the industry.
 
What do you hope to gain from your participation in the Mentorship Program?
Throughout the PMTC-YLG mentorship program I hope to gain industry contacts, the opportunity to meet professionals and learn about their roles in the industry, and to gain experience interacting on a professional level.
 
What is your dream role?
My dream role is to be involved with a successful company doing work that I enjoy and can excel at with other dedicated professionals. In the short term I am looking for an entry level role where I can learn on the job and begin my career.
