2025 PMTC/YLG Driven to Lead Program
The Private Motor Truck Council Of Canada (PMTC) as well as the PMTC Young Leaders Group are pleased to be offering the ‘Driven To Lead’ Program Spring of 2025. The first three Driven To Lead Programs were completed in 2019 & 2020 & 2023 and were an amazing success on all levels. The course is offered at a cheaper rate than you could get if you went directly to our facilitator, Dale Carnegie, thanks to the Sponsorship of KRTS, TransRep & Tenstreet! Graduates also receive free registration to the PMTC’s Annual Conference where they are recognized for their achievement. ( A value of up tp $799).
The ‘Driven to Lead’ program is a practical leadership program that will empower those who attend to breakthrough performance barriers, improve their results, become better leaders and communicators, for their own personal benefit, as well as that of their team and employer. It is intended for both up-and-coming and current leaders who are looking to advance and develop their personal and professional skills. See below for full details.
“Their support of this program, and their commitment to the education of transportation industry professionals is second to none. Their commitment to this program helps subsidize the costs for those who register to attend and allows us to offer this program at an affordable rate”, stated PMTC President Mike Millian.
“Education is part of our core business at KRTS Transportation Specialist Inc. (KRTS) and Transrep Inc. and our core value is people. Our current and future leaders need to have the availability to be offered first class programs like those created and delivered by Dale Carnegie. We have many valued customers who are members of the PMTC and continuing on as a sponsor of the Driven to Lead program was an easy decision” commented Matt Richardson, Vice President, KRTS.
2023 Program Testimonials:
"The Driven to Lead program was a great experience, I was honoured that I was chosen to attend this program. Tony and Victor from Dale Carnegie were a pleasure to work with and during my time in the program learned alternative ways to lead a team. They helped to understand better ways respond to today’s challenges in the work force and how to manage a work/life balance. I was given ideas on how to communicate better, delegate when needed as well as tips on having productive meetings. I felt the Driven to Lead program provided me with the confidence to be a true leader at KRTS." Nicole Sansom, KRTS Transportation Specialists Inc
“The Driven to Lead Program was highly immersive and interactive and provided processes and solutions to actual scenarios I face in my day-to-day role at work. From problem solving, to delegation, to difficult conversations and feedback, Driven2lead allowed me to customize my experience to get the most out of the information provided.” Luke Upfold, Staebler Insurance
We are also thrilled to have KRTS Transportation Specialists Inc. (www.krway.com) TransRep Inc. (transrep.ca) & Tenstreet (www.tenstreet.com) as our title sponsors. We thank them for their generous support, which makes this program so affordable.
