The Senior Risk Services Trainer is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering Risk Services training content to customers, both internally and externally. In consultation with the Risk Services Management, the incumbent will be creating a roadmap for department-wide training and developing a training program that adequately supports department and organizational initiatives.

You’re great at:
- Training and development
- Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics Standards and Regulations
- Customer Service
You have:
- University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience.
- Minimum of 10 years industry related experience.
- CTDP certificate or related education instructional design or course development experience.
- Attained NATMI or equivalent CDT designation
- Excellent understanding of the Standards, Codes, and Regulations.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Possession of a valid AZ or B commercial driver’s license in good standing.
- Fluently bilingual (English / French) is a definite asset.
