Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety & Enforcement Initiatives: Douglas J Leamon, Manager of Motor Vehicle Inspections, Training & Outreach with the Nova Scotia Department of Public Works, will kick things off by taking attendees through the various initiatives in place by the department and on the horizon to improve commercial motor vehicle safety and compliance in the province of Nova Scotia.

Mandatory Entry Level Training: In the fall of 2023 Nova Scotia announced they planned to move forward with Mandatory Entry Level Training in 2024.
