AGENDA ANNOUNCED FOR PMTC 2026 CONFERENCE AND AGM-REGISTRATION IS OPEN
Milton, ON: The Private Motor Truck Council of Canada has announced the full agenda & schedule for its 2026 Conference. “Each year those who attend the PMTC Annual Conference tell us it is one of the best educational and networking values they receive in the transportation industry. We believe this year's line up of speakers continues to build on that reputation”, says PMTC President, Mike Millian. While staying in Niagara Falls, we are changing locations to the beautiful Fallsview Casino Resort. New this year is a full 2-day event, as opposed to being spread out over 3 days, being held on June 16th & 17th. Feedback from sponsors & attendee's last year was in favour of moving to this format, & we wanted to ensure we followed through on our commitment to listen to feedback from our supporters! “ If interested in sponsoring or attending, don't wait, as we sold out of exhibitor space last year”
The conference will kick off the morning of June 16th with the Annual General Meeting for the membership.
A schedule of topics and events is listed below, and the full brochure with details, and registration is attached to this message, as well as up on the PMTC website at www.pmtc.ca.

Fleets can't achieve amazing safety records without qualified & trained drivers. One lucky PMTC member will be awarded with the PMTC-KRTS Driver Training Scholarship. The recipient will receive the funds to cover a 200-hour TTSAO Certified Program.

Recognizing private fleets with exceptional safety records is an important part of the conference. Join us for the presentation of the 2026 awards & dine with the private fleet community.

Following breakfast, you'll be treated to a video display of some of the best truck graphics to be found anywhere. These fleets are proud of their image, as they should be. Always a highlight of the conference!

1 PMTC Young Leader & 1 Mohawk student from the Mohawk Supply Chain Management Program will be awarded the 2026 YLG Education Bursary Award. Recipients receive the funds to complete 2 of the 4 courses needed to complete the “PMTC Logistics Management Graduate Program”. The courses are sourced through the CITT library of logistics courses.
MOHAWK SUPPLY CHAIN -YLG MENTORSHIP PROGRAM STUDENTS
We will introduce you to the 4 students who were selected to participate in the YLG Mentorship program in 2026.
