PMTC & ZURICH PRIVATE FLEET SAFETY AWARD
The Private Fleet Safety Awards program was created in 1998 by Zurich and the Private Motor Truck Council of Canada to encourage improved road safety for the general public and promote best practices in private fleet safety management. The awards recognize the private truck fleets most committed to safety improvement, especially where they exceed National Safety Code requirements.
This year's competition is open to all Canadian private truck fleets. PMTC membership is not a requirement, as both Zurich and the PMTC want to recognize outstanding performance throughout the private trucking community.
Fleet safety is everyone's business and we encourage you to participate in our safety promotion by completing and submitting the entry form right away.
Judging is conducted by an independent panel and follows an established criterion that concentrates on the company's overall safety regime and it's over the road record. Awards will be presented at the annual PMTC conference in June.
Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2012.
