Principal Member
Individual, partnership or Corporation which distributes or transports its own property by private truck, either as an owner or lessee thereof as incident to or in furtherance of any commercial enterprise other than the business of transportation for hire.

Also includes individuals, partnerships or Corporations a major part of whose business is the leasing of trucks, trailers or drivers to other private carriers.

Annual Membership Fee*
Base rate $85.00 + hst per truck, trailer or driver
Minimum: $425 + hst
Maximum $1,475 + hst

Associate Member
Individual, partnership or Corporation which has an interest in or a relationship to the Private Motor Truck Council or its members but is not otherwise qualified as a member. Entitled to receive all publications and to attend meetings of the PMTC but shall not be entitled to vote or hold office in the Corporation.

Annual Membership Fee*: $925 + hst

Additional Member
Members may elect to apply for one or more additional memberships each of which shall be entitled to the rights, responsibilities and privileges pertaining to their membership classification.

Each member company shall designate one official representative (and any additional members) who, on payment of annual dues, shall receive mailings from the Corporation.
